SOCHEMA Honours Six Staff for Outstanding Performance, Dedication to Duty
The Sokoto State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (SOCHEMA) has recognised six members of staff for their outstanding performance, professionalism and dedication to duty.
The award recipients comprise three senior and three junior staff members whose contributions to the agency were considered exceptional.
The Director-General of SOCHEMA, Yusuf Abu Abdulkarim IHMN, disclosed this while celebrating the award recipients, describing their recognition as a demonstration of the agency’s commitment to promoting excellence, accountability and effective service delivery.
Abdulkarim said the initiative was aimed at encouraging hard work and motivating employees to make greater contributions towards achieving the agency’s objectives.
He noted that recognising and rewarding outstanding performance would strengthen staff commitment and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
“I firmly believe that recognising and rewarding outstanding performance motivates staff to strive for greater achievements and contributes to the overall success of our Agency,” he said.
The Director-General congratulated the six recipients on their recognition and urged other members of staff to remain committed to excellence and professionalism.
He further reaffirmed SOCHEMA’s commitment to expanding access to affordable, equitable and quality healthcare services for residents of Sokoto State.
According to him, the agency remains focused on building a more efficient, responsive and people-centred healthcare system.
“Excellence deserves recognition. Dedication deserves appreciation. And together, we will achieve more,” Abdulkarim added.
