Mallam Ubandoman Sokoto Celebrates Sultan of Sokoto at 70, Hails His Leadership and Service

Former Sokoto State PDP Governorship Candidate in the 2023 General Election, Mallam Saidu Umar, has felicitated with the Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III, CFR, on the occasion of his 70th birthday.
In a congratulatory message, Umar described the milestone as a celebration of seven decades of grace, sacrifice, wisdom, service and distinguished leadership.
He expressed profound gratitude to Almighty Allah for the life of the Sultan, saying His Eminence had carried the revered institution of the Sultanate with exceptional dignity, humility and wisdom.
According to him, the Sultan has remained a steadfast voice for peace, unity, religious harmony and the preservation of cherished values, adding that his leadership has continued to command respect beyond Sokoto State.
Umar described the Sultan as “a father, a spiritual leader, a statesman and a custodian of a noble heritage,” while commending his sense of responsibility to Islam, humanity and the Nigerian nation.
He prayed Almighty Allah to continue to preserve the Sultan, grant him abundant health, wisdom and strength, and lengthen his life in righteousness.
He also prayed for continued peace and prosperity during the Sultan’s reign, as well as greater opportunities for him to contribute to the service of Islam and humanity.
“Happy 70th Birthday, Your Eminence. May your life continue to be a light of wisdom, your leadership a beacon of peace, and your legacy an enduring blessing to generations yet unborn. Amin,” Umar said.
