Hisbah Bans Secondary School Sign-Out Celebrations in Kebbi

The Kebbi State Hisbah Board has banned the conduct of sign-out processions and all gatherings associated with the completion of secondary school examinations in both public and private schools across the state.
The directive was contained in a statement issued by the Director of Shari’ah of the Board, Surajo Usman Kamba on Wednesday in Birnin Kebbi
According to the statement, all principals and proprietors of public and private secondary schools have been directed to ensure that no sign-out procession or graduation-related gathering is organized after the completion of examinations.
The Board said the decision was taken to safeguard the moral upbringing of young people and to promote compliance with Islamic teachings and the cherished values of the people of Kebbi State.
Hisbah also appealed to parents, school administrators, and other stakeholders to cooperate fully with the directive and ensure strict compliance.
The Board reiterated its commitment to promoting discipline, morality, and social order across the state.
