Sokoto PDP Youth Leaders Pass Vote of Confidence in Wike’s National Leadership

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Youth Wing in Sokoto State has passed a unanimous vote of confidence in the party’s National Leader, Barr. Nyesom Wike, commending his contributions towards the unity and growth of the party nationwide.

The resolution was reached during a strategic roundtable and interactive session convened by the PDP State Youth Leader, Amb. Abdulkadir Gidadawa, with youth leaders from all 23 Local Government Areas of the state.

The meeting was attended by the PDP Sokoto State Chairman, Hon. Hayatu Tafida Aminu, and members of the State Working Committee.

The youth leaders also deliberated on strategies to strengthen the PDP’s structures from the polling-unit level to the state and national levels ahead of the 2027 general elections.

They further resolved to mobilise young people across the state for voter education, grassroots engagement and increased participation in the electoral process.

The participants reaffirmed their loyalty to the party’s leadership and commitment to repositioning the PDP as a strong and organised political force in Sokoto State.

Gidadawa said the Sokoto PDP Youth Wing remained united and ready to work towards the party’s victory in the 2027 elections.
