BREAKING: Obi Defends Petrol Subsidy Removal, Says Mismanagement Not Reason to Restore It
Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), has reaffirmed his support for the removal of petrol subsidy, arguing that alleged mismanagement of the proceeds should not be used as justification for bringing the policy back, TheCable has reported.
Obi stated this on Monday while speaking at a conference organised by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
