SOLUDO SWORN IN FOR SECOND TERM IN ANAMBRA

Governor Charles Soludo has officially taken the oath of allegiance as he begins his second term in office as the Governor of Anambra State.

The swearing-in ceremony was held on Tuesday at the Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka, the state capital, amid cheers from supporters, political stakeholders, and dignitaries from across the country.

Soludo, who secured re-election under the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), reaffirmed his commitment to delivering good governance, economic transformation, and improved infrastructure for the people of Anambra State.

In his inaugural remarks, the governor expressed gratitude to the people of the state for renewing his mandate, promising to consolidate on the achievements of his first term while prioritizing security, investment, and human capital development.

The event marks the beginning of another four-year tenure for Soludo, who first assumed office in 2022.
