Sokoto ADC Inaugurate LG Coordinators
The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Sokoto State has inaugurated Local Government Coordinators across all 23 LGAs and launched both electronic and manual membership registration to strengthen its grassroots structure ahead of the 2027 elections.
Party leaders said the coordinators will supervise member registration and validation at the local level, while the state-wide process will be overseen by Registration Validation Coordinator Abdullahi Mai Gwandu.
Speaking at the event, National Financial Secretary Akibu Dalhatu encouraged supporters to register online or at ward level, noting the dual system will ensure wider participation, especially in rural areas.
State chairman Bello Isiya also urged unity among members, expressing confidence that the mobilisation drive will boost the party’s presence and performance in future political contests.
